Building / Renovation Committee – The building / renovation committee will put together a team of people to build and renovate Our Dream. It will consist of specialists for flooring, landscaping, roofing, HVAC, and many others.
Business Development Committee – This committee will prospect for and acquire new clients and volunteers from various inbound and outbound lead sources. This committee will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments, and managing leads.
Finance Committee – The finance committee keeps track of the organization’s assets and liabilities. It prepares the annual budget and makes recommendations to the board. The finance committee also oversees the significant assets, investments, and tax strategies. All members of the finance committee should have some degree of financial expertise.
Fundraising Committee – The main responsibility of this committee is to manage and coordinate fundraising efforts, i.e. gaining corporate sponsors, philanthropists, large donors, grants and endowments, as well as other ways of generating funds for the organization.
Job & Training Committee – This committee is responsible for finding jobs and training opportunities for our residents. You will be responsible for researching and maintaining a list of possible job opportunities. Additionally, this committee will contact companies to set up on the job training.
Marketing Committee – The marketing committee’s main responsibility is to create awareness of the good work that Unbroken Dreams does by creating marketing campaigns, promoting events, creating advertising, and posting on social media platforms. It also manages all printed publications, such as brochures and flyers as well as manages the website.
